Accessibility and ADA Title II Compliance

General Code is committed to ensuring that all individuals can access the municipal codes and legislative content hosted on our eCode360 platform. This commitment aligns with the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II, which prohibits discrimination by state and local governments and mandates equal access to digital services.

Our Accessibility Goals

We are actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the eCode360 platform. These guidelines, developed by the W3C, define how to make web content more accessible to individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Accessibility Resources

We encourage municipalities to review the Accessibility page on General Code’s website for more information and resources
